Due to Hurricane Ida, my basement got flooded. I was very worried and not sure what to do. That night I gave a call to Reborn Recovery Services and even though it was very late, they were very responsive. I spoke with Marcelo Cirino, and he showed up the next morning with his team and extracted the water. They worked efficiently and organized, the water was extracted quickly. Marcelo then came with equipment to make sure the area is dry, although I had a finished basement the surfaces had to dry up before moving on to the removal of drywall and flooring. The following morning Marcelo and his team got to work by removing what couldn't be saved and started cutting the drywall from the bottom to a point that the drywall was dry so mold wouldn't spread around my home. A pipe in the crawl space in our basement sprung a leak which went unnoticed until the horrible smell permeated our home. Marcelo came the day we called, diagnosed the issue and had his plumber come the very next day to fix the pipes. Marcelo came in, cleaned out all the debris and disinfected the entire space. Marcelo truly knows his trade! A professional in every way! I cannot recommend him enough!

Great customer service. We had a flood from the third floor all the way to the basement. We called immediately and they were there in less than an hour. Highly recommend them to anyone hands down. They are very clean and professional and also very knowledgeable and the most important thing is he is there from start to finish. The company has a wonderful team that also helped me with the process of remolding including the water damage. They are very nice and wonderful.
